Other Africans who made the list include Malawian President Joyce Banda, who occupies the 47th position and the president of Liberia, Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf also stays at the 87th position.
On the international level, Angela Merkel, a German chancellor and a member of the 27-member European Union retains the number one slot.
